Refunds

In effect from 21 September 2026

The desktop app has a 30-day free trial with everything unlocked, so you should know whether Gnomon suits you before you pay anything. If it turns out not to, we will still put it right.

14 days, no questions

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we will refund that payment in full and cancel the subscription. Email [contact email to be added] with the email address you bought with; you do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

After 14 days

Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, with no further charges. We do not normally refund part of a period, but if something has gone wrong on our side, tell us and we will be fair about it.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under consumer law, which it does not affect. If Gnomon is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund whatever the date.
